Baldi is a simple family project: bring real pure honey from Houara to every Moroccan home, with no middlemen and no tricks.
Our partner in Oulad Teima knows every beekeeper personally and selects honey from apiaries in a farming region with no factories. Bees forage on orange groves, wild thyme and jujube trees.
Glass needs protection, so every jar goes into a shock-resistant case shaped exactly to it. Your honey arrives intact, in thick glass, with no plastic touching it.
